I my Conversation Hypnotherapy training to make up guided meditations using Binaural Beats frequencies, Meditation music, healing frequencies and key words to talk to you and your subconscious which can help with all type of things. All you will need to do is to play back recording which will be about 20 minutes once or twice a day.

Level Four

 I can make a one off meditation specially design for you and only you.  We all have our special key phrases and with my Hypnotherapy training I can spot them. This is normally done by Skype etc or face to face. I normally use MP3s which can be downloaded or posted to you on a USB or a CD if needed.
